When I switched over to State Farm from National General, I had a one-week lapse in coverage. Because of that, the DMV sent me two letters claiming I owed penalties—one of which I already paid, and another that was completely wrong. It was stressful, confusing, and honestly felt never-ending. Brynna didn’t just brush me off or tell me to “call the DMV myself.” She jumped right in, talked directly with the DMV office, sent them the FS-1 showing there was no lapse, and helped clear up the entire mess. When things still looked off, she and I got on the phone with the main DMV head office, and she calmly explained everything. Because of her persistence and knowledge, the incorrect penalty was removed and I didn’t have to pay a dime more. It was an error on the DMV’s side, and she made sure it was fixed. What I appreciate most? She always answers my calls, never rushes me, gives clear guidance, and genuinely cares. Even after resolving everything, she still reminded me to follow up after the holidays just to be safe. That’s someone who actually takes pride in their work and in their customers. In a world where customer service keeps getting worse, Brynna is a rare exception—supportive, professional, honest, and relentless when it comes to helping her clients.
